Best Part is that we have cash of $645K to see us through...to the next part, which means we have limited Qtrs left to make moves.
Estimated quarters of funding available - 2.86 Quarters

Based on current cash burn of ..... Payments at section 6.relates to director fees ($38,000), corporate services and company
secretarial fees ($20,000) and accounting services ($4,000) per QTR

So on the basis of that, I feel that we should see some movement in the next Qtr or two... as they will need time to organise all the paperwork for the next steps..
So hopefully we see news late this Qtr to next Qtr.
So to timeline this.
News hopefully by September to November, is my prediction.
As we will only have 0.86 of a Qtr funding left for the Jan-Mar 22 Qtr. So they will have to have it sorted before the Jan-Mar Qtr of funding, or they will run out of cash...
