The issues you have accurately raised, does of course raise another question.
If UUV are stating they have enough cash to get them through to the next phase and that cash will only last to the end of the year, or at best past way thorugh to Early 2023, can it be interpretted that UUV does anticpate having the new project sorted by then?
Should we read between the lines?
