    I thought that they had until 31st May to purchase those servers in order to get exclusivity? did not think that it was 'hey, just buy this amount of servers at any given time and we'll give you exclusivity'.
    It was also flagged that NVIDIA were actually talking to other ISPs in australia.
    This was all brought up in other discussions with this company here.
