Pretty sure the CR was sold to "institutions and sophisticated investors" if they raised capital at an over inflated price from sophs and instos then I'd call that a smart move. Rather than waiting 6 months and having to CR at lower price any way. You're a disgruntled ex holder that fomo'd in at the wrong time lost your money when you sold at a loss and want to blame every one else cause you can't read a market. Move along
