I'm topping up at 27.5c *increasing* my average.

A low share price doesn't disappoint me, it excites me. I may actually sell this parcel or part of it in the high 30s or low 40s depending on how various things go, but in my eyes, low prices for a valuable thing are good, not bad. If the market price immediately went up as soon as value was there, you would never have the opportunity to buy low. That's exactly how you make money on the stock market!
