I think you are missing the point of the opportunity with PangeaMed.

The binding HOA is about Crowd assisting PangeaMed with their Enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS) program that is offered to Hospitals to manage and improve on treatment outcomes for perioperative care.

If telehealth initiatives can improve patient communication and result in better patient outcomes then the hospitals will see this as an added benefit.

Where these ERAS have been implemented in Europe, Canada and USA, for example then, "where the program is well established the post- operative complication rates have decreased by 40 – 50%, and length of stay by 20 -30%, cost savings of 15 – 20% and improved patient experience.

Nursing workload has decreased and recent evidence suggests an improvement in 5-year cancer specific mortality rates."

Whilst there are many poor people in the African regions, this agreement relates to services provided by hospitals to patients that are either insured or can self-fund the costs. Additionally it makes sense to initiate the roll-out of the text chat offering in languages used by the patient population.

Any mention of 50 odd languages is just outlining the longer term potential.
