I envisage the following over the short to medium term following successful demonstration:

1. SPP / sophisticated or public offering to raise initial cash to cover the next two years expected cashflow plus say an initial 6mth to 1yr production manufacturing run out of tower jazz in Israel.

2. Following the receipt of customer orders, a cash facility to cover costs of manufacturing to meet initial orders.

I can't see a financial institution lending money to AKP on the basis of no orders or contracts, hence initially an SPP.

Increasing volume is going to be problematic, and the only way this can happen is via dilution. Increasing the volume of shares / reducing the SP and confining to existing holders changes little, as most shareholders are not willing to part with their stock.
