This is a positive quarter report, not that you would know it by how it was presented, nearly as if they wanted the market to react badly.
Add to the fact they didn't announce FDA approval, and one would have to question why?
Do they want the price suppressed for the court action, hoping the other party withdraws.

Anyway Improved Q4 output from Q3, 163million to 169million.
Latex costs decreased and yes Gas costs increased by 20% but it had fallen 50% the last quarter.
Average selling prices still high, profit margins increased.
Yes they didn't receive revenue for future sales (approx. 40million pieces) but they are sure to receive that this quarter.

I am a glass half full kind of person, pleased with what I read, no surprises that can't be explained.
