have been following this for a little while after the last pump to .21. bought then sold and been on my watchlist ever since as the idea interests me. tried talking to the management here but with no luck. they must be too busy getting their 60k pa deals. really busy work.
releasing this after the mini pump from the first announcement is DODGY AF and speaks about the management in place. sympathies to all the people buying this morning but then again the announcement was pretty immaterial. nonetheless they should have released the 4c and novatti news together.
their 4C is opens up the company to one big question:
at what price will they raise capital this CY2021?
on the back of that, this company now has a market cap of approx 16M after the 4c announcement assuming 50M shares @.08. still expensive for what they have. on that note a range of .06-.08 opens up IMO.
