Bob..... when are you going to incentivise the patients to sign up..... seriously stop f&$ing around , spend some of the cash and get on with it. find a way to make it happen ...... if you are making excuses you are losing . the amount of money you are paid you should be able to do this, otherwise step aside and we can get someone who can do the job .
