100% agree. Medical assessment and treatment has continued. Cancer diagnosis and treatment has been prioritised and to use the pandemic as an excuse is ridiculous. It may have had some very small effect but not enough to blame for only 1 patient being enrolled. This is absolutely because of poor planning and naive and ignorant management. 'on track'????
