I was wondering where your philosophical musings were going. But we got there in the end.

And you are right. One only needs to look at the price sensitive announcements released by the company over the last year to get a quick insight into the company.

Since 26/8/20 NOR have released the 15 price sensitive announcements of which:
1. 6 were statutory required reports such as quarterlies, AR;
2. 3 were related to CR's;
3. 2 were for services to PO's side-gig
4. 2 to tell us Spark is now live inc. clarification
5. 1 to tell us NOR made an accounting entry re: PO for FY22 with Spark
6. 1 to promote a Teaming Agreement" with Amelia

So let's break some of this down.

When NOR told us Spark was live on 16/10/20, they said:
1. "Norwood has an ongoing maintenance contract with Spark to provide feature enhancements and upgrades to the visual voicemail service."

So there is the PO received for FY22

2. "Spark is currently migrating all existing voicemail users (prepaid and postpaid) over to its new voicemail platform, with the rollout taking place over the next three months. At the completion of the migration phase, the visual voicemail service will be made available to Spark’s mobile customer base."

45 weeks later SH's have no insights into how the roll-out is progressing. Google Play downloads are still under 50k which indicates less than 5% uptake. The App has not been upgraded for more than 3 months. Now considering the lack of price sensitive announcements, if download and usage stats were any good, NOR would be releasing them. Let's remember the time when Spark VM was highly ranked for a couple of days, PO mentioned this in an Ann.

When NOR told us about Amelia on 23/11/20, they said:
1. "This partnership further cements our position as the vendor of the world’s most advanced telco voicemail service platform, and we anticipate the output of the partnership will translate into tangible contract wins."

In reality... no contract wins.

2. "The Agreement currently has a one-year term with customary termination provisions for teaming agreements of this nature."

Partnerships were not even mentioned in the last NOR Q. Less than 3 months remaining. Tick. Tock.

And second consecutive day of zero trades on this illiquid stock. But apparently there was once 7m traded. lololol

All imo... except all the factual bits.

Less than a week until we see AR21. Tick. Tock.

PS. I notice shorts increasing on another stock and the 50MA has crossed below the 200MA recently (LT bearish signal) and the 20MA has crossed below the 50MA (ST bearish signal).
