USA payment terms are 90 days as a standard from my experience. Many firms having trouble with collections from underlying retail so they are negotiating 120 days at a penalty fee so it doesn't appear as a bad debtor. Lots of companies using invoice factoring for a fee to bring cash forward on accounts if they are in high growth mode.
I have no idea what RHT terms are but it should be commented upon and if the terms are blowing out and subsequently if bad debts are. In medical it is tough as you want client to keep using product but also want them to pay outstandings without restricting their access / use. RHT dealing with individual companies and groups but payment from individual companies I suspect. Good thet no one should be massive and restricting access doesn't affect whole group. I know of a major joint manufacturer who is struggling to get hospitals to pay in reasonable time but keep supplying a sthey know $ will eventually come and fear competition will supply surgeons if they don't
USA tradition to use all avaliable terms and other peoples money. So many peopel not seeking treatment with COVID so interesting if things pick up and just how long it takes to appear on the books.
