Was just using as a example. They have cash so no need to pay interest and fee just to bring forward payment especially when most clienst should be reasonably creditworthy. If you see them start to use factoring it could mean cash is running lower of they ahve increased sales on longer credit terms or simply growing sales on same terms . All about timing as can still always get cheaper as market is never fully informed. Doesn't take much to disappointa insto these days as they are seeing such great market returns short ternm eleswhere with risk but that is the market. Management changes unsettle markets always IMO even if replacement is better - not sure ?
