And with the exception of Paul Rosen, I wouldn't say any of the SCU Board members are particularly high profile. They're just business associates of Gu (e.g., Huang), or 'professional' Board members of other similarly sized ASX companies (e.g., Stephenson, Cannavo). Spooner is basically just a contractor.
