Maybe the company is currently up to its elbows trying to make sense of the financial data. Who knows what state their financial records are in? The fact they couldn't provide audited accounts on time is telling. I know some of us struggled to reconcile the numbers. If it's a terrible mess, they may be spending all their time and energy trying to make sense of it before the extended submission deadline expires (alternative is, temporary suspension). When I spoke to Monsoon a few weeks ago they implied this may be the case, but idk.
