@Toddk Yes, but first a little survey question with a little preamble. Even if Teko was entirely misled into its investment, ( which I happen to know it was not, but even if ), it has controlled the company effectively since Jan, 2020, it has paid up options after its threats of suit at .1 of a penny, yet it still threatens suit. Estoppel and Latches aside, what is the theory of damage? What is the purpose of threatening a suit with no demonstrable financial loss? How stupid does the ASX and ASIC have to be not to see a short and distort..... rhetoric question. And no one here would care to complain I suspect.
