If anyone is talking to PH or the company perhaps these two excerpts from recent quarterlies will show why shareholders are confused, the market is likely confused as well. What is our strategy? Is it direct or indirect? Are 'customers' actually distributors or are 'customers' and 'distributors' different in the Zoono terminology? How do distributors feel about us selling direct if they are in competition or are we segmenting the market? What headcount/manpower is allocated to each?
Quarterly 14th October 2021
The Company continues on the path of controlling all major markets directly and only
operating via distributors in countries where it’s uneconomic or a difficult operating
environment for foreign companies. This strategy is showing improved margins already.
In the next 6-9 months Zoono is aiming to have its own direct presence in all major EU
markets, including France, Italy, Germany and Spain. France has been set up as the model
Zoono intends to duplicate, where it has Zoono’s own staff on the ground to support its major
customers, through constant training, business seminars and assisting with high level
presentations.

NEW DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENTS
France
Zoono has commenced selling to customers in France, with several French multinational
customers now on board. Customers include:
• Atalian France(a large facility management company);
• Keolis France (a leader in public transport - carrying three billion passengers a year
and operating in 16 countries);
• Cleanysafe (a marketer of new generation cleaning and/or disinfectant products that
respect the environment); and
• Major distributors and other cleaning companies (Toussaint, Lustral, Capem and
Rekeep).
