Material costs on the main contract will be insignificant.
All the civil works have been done and rhe plant is all arriving on site in modules
Availability of personnel riggers etc crane hire, will be there biggest variables from what i can see.
Reworks on any wrong engineering on the modules is where the money is cost plus for WSI
