Also after a long time auspost has finally decided to make some changes that customers can track their parcels more accurately than before and improve the delivery process. is that a coincidence? no that is because auspost see z2u as a threat or see z2u's model is the future. I personally think z2u should work with auspost like picking up their empty area such as after hour deliveries or reschedule deliveries. these two are the major source of complaints for auspost coz customers are not always home during auspost delivery time frame and most likely there is no second time delivery. let's see how z2u management will do.
