Assuming that’s true - that makes CANNs off take agreement with Aurora completely and utterly ridiculous - clearly CANN weren’t aware of those restrictions when they made the announcement - or if they did know… may have misled the market/their own investors. I disagree regarding the ownership issue, their laws are essentially designed to protect domestic growers/companies - but if a domestic company is simply importing product (that they essentially own at least a portion of) I find it hard to believe they wouldn’t have permission to do it - speculation aside, maybe the government would only allow them to take on product from CANN if demand rose to a particular level.
I still think you’re wrong regarding medicinal cannabis and recreational cannabis being the same - even Canada’s policy recognises a difference.
