How is this stock worth $1? @$1 the market cap would be around $350 million, how on earth is a company losing $4.1 million a quarter, with $5 mill cash in bank, in debt $18 mill, with management who have blown through $150 million of shareholder money and hasnt delivered a working greenhouse, worth $350 million? Short answer is , the company is not worth that at all.

Why would you sell cheaper than $1? Maybe because you dont want to hold a stock for another 4 years, to see another 4 capital raises, each at a lower and lower price like they have done since 2017 only to see the company go into voluntary administration, after the management has looked after themselves for and paid nicely along the way, and poor shareholders have got zero return. Thats why you would sell under $1.
