It makes that off take arrangement with Aurora look even more questionable - if the demand was there, would Aurora have been able to import product from CANN? I suspect the fact that Aurora own a significant portion of the company would mean the answer is yes.
If the delay in realising the $15 million is due to stuff like exporting regulations etc… that’s seriously bad news for CANN. There simply isn’t a guarantee that regulation will change and even if it does, it may not help foreign companies like CANN…
