The name of the game now is all about operational efficiencies. Core focus needs to be on optimising margins, the warehouse consolidation will help and the backend ERP changes should aim to automate administration processes. In this highly competitive sector, you have to do more with less and that's only achievable with clever systems and management teams.
Positive cash flow will allow them to start investing in these areas more heavily. Future looks very good for HT8, $1 dream is not a far stretch of the imagination IMO. Patience and accumulation will pay off.
