Maybe it just means they have a rolling amount of revenue - circa $5 million - owing or yet to be invoiced.
This quarter they received $4 million of it. Next quarter...?
Doesn't mean revenue or receipts are declining, or going to decline.
It's only a number at a certain point in time. The Q was for period ended 30 September. In all likelihood, with a month of Q2 gone, the amount owing or yet to be invoiced could already exceed $5 million.
Sounds like a strong pipeline to me.
