How long is a piece of string because this piece of string ie the big announcements seem to be getting further away and there is no sign of it getting any closer thus it seems that it is a long way off , at this rate we could be 3 to 5 years off before we get to the end of stage 3 and the market has collapsed. These small caps require patience but this is getting to the point of stupidity.
