In the end increasing sales or earnings help none of us shareholders unless it is INCREASING EARNINGS PER SHARE! They issued a truck load of shares to "critical staff' last year. More acquisitions, more debt, more shares do not add up to increased share price unless or until there are Earnings to put into the EPS equation.
