just reread the quarterly again. just a warning, if you are a bed wetter and don't like a positive view, turn away now !!!
the 1st thing I noticed is that in the past few quarterlies Derek would give us a bit of an update of what had happened in the last month, after the reporting period had closed. this one just the progress from the 3 months of the reporting period. maybe the new directors asked him to tighten it up? so I am hoping to get a major update with the upcoming AGM presentation.
I think the quarterly was full of interesting info.
- we are well into preparation to enter the US market, in regards distribution partners, agents and FDA trials
-multiplex Flu/Covid test clinical trials in planning for US + European clinical research organisations
-1st 2 sepsis test getting close to clinical trials
-anterior nasal swab covid results of sensistivity of 96.7% from trial in Spain. looking forward to results from England and India as well with TGA approval
-1st life science advisory board meeting covered a range of new tests that could be developed in the covid-19 and sepsis family of tests
-country registration, explains the reasons for market entry into Europe and Asia being so slow. an unfortunate bit of timing IMO that we couldn't develop our test earlier and gain EUA before it all tightened up. but management could have definitely informed s/h's about the change in the difficulty of gaining registration a lot better and earlier
-building manufacturing capacity. machines ordered and office and industrial space leased. company has claimed 12m strips capacity, how hard would it be to run a double shift with those m/c and double that capacity? (as well this equipment costed about $4m. we start getting sales how hard would it be to buy another set and double our capacity again if warranted)
- energy, "report a substantial growth in its partner and potential customer network" and " resulting in a doubling of the Energy divisions network within the course of 3 months." how many collaborators does that mean we are dealing with now and how good are the results we are obtaining?
results not just for our AnteoX drop in but AnteoX combined with a high silicon content anode. no deal yet but results the company has achieved and announced already are significant. comparison with other companies claiming battery improvement show that this section of our company hasn't been valued into our market cap.
-provisional patent applications. we have already been told we are in the process of trialling different readers and this continues to show that the company isn't just sitting still with our 2 divisions but seeing future expansion in what Anteo will be developing in the future.
so what does Anteotech look like this time next year?

more experienced staff added
battery deals, the big unknown.
considering the growth this year, who knows where we'll be this time next year. it's a long time hold for me. in the short term, plenty of big potential announcements to drop anytime like TGA approval and Elume. plus the uncertainly about the AGM resolutions to be cleared up.
