Couple of minor comments to what is an outstanding summary of this dud of a 'company'. Not sure the business is worth the $5m. The business is worth zero, actually less than zero with negative assets. The market cap reflects the value of tax losses Norwood holds. Essentially Norwood is a listed book entry.
Perma bulls insist you value Norwood based on confident smiles, a wink but also announcements redacted to how you'd like them to read.
