NOR could easily have a Case Study/User Case/Whie Paper on their web site where access to this information is vetted. Metaswitch do the same. NOR could be more like Metaswitch in this regards.

Unsubstantiated. Pilots were last mentioned in the March 2021 Q. Nothing has been mentioned in the 2 Q's since nor in AR21. Please post your source.

Correct. Nothing has happened. Zero. Zip. Zilch. As per the Ann on 23/11/20 on unveiling the teaming agreement, the Amelia spokesman said the tech is for NOR's customers. NOR has one customer. NOR have not announced Spark taking on the "super-premium" service. NOR have pivoted away from Amelia.
