    Well, well, well, deeper into the rabbit hole we go.

    My comment that NOR's attempts (20/02/2013 and 08/07/2015) to patent a "A System, Method,Computer Program and Data Signal for the Re-Routing of Enterprise Voice Traffic" were rejected due to the idea neither being "novel" or containing sufficient "inventive elements" was rejected as "Unsubstantiated Information" so I guess I need to substantiate it with this:
