I am not a doctor or science person and certainly don't work for Australia post but is there any other scope of OSL apart from liver they talked in past? As in my opinion they should skip liver all together and try to diversify into something more add on to existing device they got or something completely different.
companies like this https://histosonics.com/ may hold promising hopes, if they succeed but obviously it will be a very long time before something comes out from them... IMO.
