Key reason is that after almost a decade OSL device is not being sold in EU market now to get into liver OSL needs to first spend money and time to get all approvals and after spending another decade probably they will end-up with product that already has competitor which is in the industry for more then 2 decade so for patient point of view they will only use OSL if it is different and efficacy is much higher then sirtex ... IMO.
so best they put all efforts in to what they got and then add new product that is either add on or has different use except liver ...... IMO.
