    I'll retract this statement & replace the $300k with $191k. The contract with Lendlease is for 3yrs plus 2 12 month options valued at $11.5m.

    $11.5m / 5yrs = $2.3m p.a. / 12 = $191k per month. I still dnt think they received this payment in September so I actually believe the quarter was positive.
