they aren't going to pay anything out to existing holders from the merck deal. They literally have nothing to pay out but they paid some lawyers to determine that they don't in fact have anything to pay out.
They are going to dilute existing holders by issuing more shares on nasdaq.
Nothing like doing a massive dilution overseas to really realise existing shareholder value.
The whole thing is a screw job. Errol should have focused on selling the company but he's greedy.
