You have to love this guy's use of the English language. The restructure, which doesn't reduce the interest rate but came with over 50% of upfront fees (paid in shares of course). Yet these fees were omitted from the non-cash restructuring costs which were apparently only $354k. PFG were issued over 130 million shares @ 2.5c each and I'm pretty sure these would have to be deemed costs of the restructure. But, what's a lazy $3,262,733.50 in the scheme of things?
