Payments to non-executive directors (that's all 3 of them) totaled $33k for the quarter. That is just below $120 bucks a day or a bit under $44k for the year. Hardly exorbitant.
I suspect the bulk of the "administration and corporate costs" would be in relation to the AFSL which we were forewarned of in the previous quarterly. With it in good standing it is now an asset that could be sold in the right circumstances.
I keep saying it, but just go and have a look at the success of these guys over the years. They know how to drive a good deal and how to exit. Now more than any time in the past 12 months it is important they get this right, otherwise your concerns regarding SOI and MC will be amplified with a crappy deal.
