The eggs were in more than one basket, we know from the last quarterly that "indicative offers" were made to the two most attractive businesses. So we missed on one, one to go still along with any other opportunities they have found.
And for those saying its just a cash cow for the directors and blah blah blah. Do five minutes of research in to Niall and Phillip, these guys aren't short a dime, so that sort of talk is nonsense.
They have plenty of their own dollars in this one and in my opinion, are committed to getting a deal done, it just has to be on the right terms.
