inventory is not remotely KGN like. MYD is trying to build sales of home branded and 'in stock' items (rather than being just a marketplace) which has only really ramping up in the last half, so naturally if they think they will sell more they need to invest in more inventory. Strategy seems to working as revenue increase (i.e better margin from 'instock' items) is larger than the increase in gross sales (clipping the ticket at about 15%). Yes its still losing money, but they are trying to grow/scale the business as they indicated in per the IPO.
