hmmm decent increase in receipts (~9m) on last quarter, but totally offset with increase in payments (~3.8m in product costs and strangely ~3.8m in Admin costs). I wonder what that large uptick in admin costs relate to
looks like the increase in receipts driven by ANZ govt usage of the platform which would explain the increase in operating costs (presumably whisper has to pay the telco companies for increased sms/etc messaging), but not sure what that admin cost is (as increased sales costs should be reflected under staff costs)
the other thing I can't see is total customer numbers - by all counts this should have been a huge positive this quarter (new customers: 74 in ANZ, 19 in Asia, 34 in Amer), but i can't seem to spot total customer numbers anywhere. The 34 in Amer is particularily positive given they only had 49 customers at June21 (with 1.3m in revenues) and they highlight a major insurance provider which signals hopefully a step change in Americas
