Mentioned some time back that there would not be much to come from the 4c as it will take time to put the raised funds to work. There is no point sitting on that money, it must be deployed to grow sales. Its fine to go on about the tech but the fact is the continual problem is to grow sales. I personally discount the Govt rebates, they can disappear with the stroke of a pen.

Price reaction is simply someone with a few shares finally deciding to pull the pin. Personally I think Phillips should stand down as CEO, work behind the scenes on the science and bring in a sales focussed person. He simply has not cut through with the market as per todays reaction. Given they were selling into the final crossing they may not be done yet. The price is at a 5 year low.
