Growth of cash receipts was a bit lower in this Q than I expected from their expansion, with Woolies, Officeworks, etc. all added to the books in the last 12 months?
I really do really appreciate their transparency in terms of revenue breakdown. To me that is a green flag; it shows impressive accountability and signals good management. Longer-term sales growth looks steady, let’s hope it continues as projected. No rush to buy in yet for me though.
I’d be interested to know what their compostable film is like. That could be a valuable growth area in things like fresh produce and food preparation.
Unfortunately when I tried 100% compostable cling wrap, it was awful. Couldn’t even get it off the roll in order to use it; it just came off in tiny shreds, even with the most patient prying! The product has to be as convenient as the alternative for it to be adopted by the masses.
