If you're in this stock for pips, I can understand why one would be worried about the qtrly expenses and a cash raise.
If you're not in for pips and are awaiting the deal that turns this marathon ride into a $5b per year company, a cash raise shouldn't worry you too much. We got roughly 10 million shares on the books atm. So what if we have 15 million shares on the books after a raise... That is still a hell of a lot of coin per share.
