Well they have every right to sell, and with those Holdings they also can speak to th company on a level most could not. If so, they may sell as a balancing act, they must know that the news would be perceived as a negative.

So I think they sold and thus disclosed on purpose, they understood what this would do, and how it would be perceived.

They delisted at a higher price last time, so this seems to be not bothering them, a sign perhaps.
