Nobody was expecting revenue to increase from the prior quarter. Operating expenses now reflect the recent acquisition, their reference to 15% is on revenue, not ARR, and management are personally some of the largest holders. Not sure how much more they need to do to please you.

You need to check your facts before posting Rasaj, it's on Annual reoccurring revenue and that's the bread and butter of this company, this measurement needs to go up fast to cover costs ongoing otherwise another CR is inevitable.

Also if management has faith in the company, believes in huge prospects and deems the share price cheap , Directors load up, it appears they haven't to me.

Also they referred to an new acquisition (not cipherpoint) as per the SPP (cap raise) which doesn't appear to have happened yet, please refer to that as I feel your taking about cipherpoint.
