$9.5K worth of stock purchased between 17c & 25c in a 5 minute period, it catapulted OVT into the 2nd highest gainer for the time but will be short lived. Straight up there were 5K & 10K sell orders @ 24.5c which I assume could be the same participant....
only 12 buyers on the books (not moving north) and sell price continues to flounder since....
I'm no expert but it looked like someone was baiting buyers.
