Aurora didn't share that much and what they did share needed to be tested and adjusted for each variety, grow room and, now, facility. They have learnt a lot so their not going into Mildura completely blind. But even with the best knowledge and expertise, the teething problems are going to be more extensive than people think. One of the major issues compunding this from my perspective is the culture. Cannabis growing is monotonous work and the team needs motivation to care about the company/product. Management haven't connected with the team well. I think that negatively affects output. One good thing from a monetary aspect is that I heard they made the cultivators pay for their own Xmas party.
