My assumption differs a bit. Agree that a positive outcome of the clinical trials will give the SP as very significant boost. And agree that a CR will need to follow to fund the next trials which will be larger and will be in the USA as the company has stated previously. But a positive outcome to the current trials will attract major diagnostic imaging companies (besides Siemens) and if they want a seat at the table there could be an arrangement worked out in regard cost-sharing for the larger trial. BTW, I very much doubt the larger USA based trial will have recruitment issues... for one, a much larger demographic to source candidates from, and point 2, likely less reluctance to participate in trials and especially as trial safety will have been proven.
