With no employees or operating activity , Corporate cash burn is currently only 4 directors fees plus registered office rent .
Going forward ,highly likely any "purchase" will be an existing activity seeking listing, hence there will be an issue of capital to vendors.
Not long to go now ,hard to see that they ,being all interested parties ,will stuff up a second chance at life.
