Roche and other big pharma's have been leasing their blockbuster drugs to clinical stage biotech from past 2 years, one of the classical example is Exelixis, Novocure, Arcus etc, so Imugene is also part of the list, but what is the outlier here, Outlier is hiring Roche/Genentech highflyers to the board of Imugene, and LC being former Genentech employee and PH has made a deal before with Merck, interesting that we are playing with big pharma with HerVaxx and PD1Vaxx with big pharma and the crown jewel OncarLytics is with Eureka and inhouse testing (may be because its still in phase 1)
But my guess is if Hervaxx and Pd1vaxx show similar efficacy with avelumab or atezolizumab we will have a supply agreement with Roche or Pfizer/Merck, I doubt there will be take over or Imugene board does not want a take over at this stage (where is GSK, I guess we will not have a deal with GSK and may be the reason Alex was pushed out, the fact that somebody took all the pain to erase GSK out of competition itself makes it exciting as either one of the big pharma see a big potential with either Hervaxx or Pd1vaxx contrary to some here peddling end of world scenario with Alex bowing out, douche bags... I guess GSK was all about onlyus and it would have led to single point failure) , I am not sure how this will play out with pfizer cozying up with GSK in US, not sure Alex has that much clout if he has become sore looser with this, I doubt this will play out, may be overthinking from my end (I guess dog fight will start only if IMU drug cures cancer hands down, but that will not happen in this decade, curing cancer handsdown with single drug will take another decade of innovation)
I guess the take over scenario will play out when Oncorlytics enters phase 2 (which I am almost 100 percent sure will be successful)
Looking at above playing out, looks like a script written by PH playing out (I will not get into the planning which went to accumulate 100+ mil cash) , he is an intelligent guy and has learnt a lot with viralytics sale, at least I am not even worried about our drugs anymore, looking at this script play out, I am very excited about the company's end game, which I believe will be blockbuster in itself... trust in PH I say...
